Saturn · The platform
A platform for agents that work under contract.
Saturn runs AI agents so that every action one takes is checked against a contract a person issued, and recorded. It is made of subsystems that each do one job.
How a request moves through Saturn
From a person, to an effect, to a record.
- The personThunderCloud ID knows who holds the authority.
- The contractTerminalia gives the agent an identity and a contract: what it may do, on what, and when the contract ends.
- The toolsCapRouter finds the tool and passes the call along. It decides nothing.
- The checkBefore anything takes effect, Terminalia decides: allowed, or refused.
- The recordEvery decision goes on a signed trail. Saturnalia reads it over time and asks a person to rule when a pattern shows up.
“No effect occurs merely because a component can reach another component. An effect occurs only because an authorized relationship was proved for that invocation.”
